Coaching process

Each coaching process differs depending on how the personalities and their current issues and environment differ. Nevertheless, there are basic patterns of the coaching process.

The preliminary interview

is free (30 minutes), and can be a starting point for a working cooperation. This is the opportunity to meet me and get to know my approach. I am convinced that successful coaching is based on a trusting working relationship.

The duration of the coaching

session is usually between 60 and 90 minutes and the frequency of coaching appointments every two to four weeks. The number of appointments is usually 3-10 units. At the first meeting we will discuss your goals and define the conditions. The last session is used to evaluate the whole coaching process.

What happens during a coaching?

Depending on the context and your personality it means working with questions, answers, feedback, metaphors, images, movement, visualization, evaluating feelings before and after the coaching as well as brainstorming and reflection and practical plans of action.

What else?

Between the coaching appointments your active participation is required: Observe, get feedback, and get ideas.

Once only coaching session

If you have a very clear question on a topic and would like to get an outside viewpoint , or need very specific advice to a certain theme, or had a coaching process with me and want to clarify a new question that has come up, a single session can already be sufficient.
