Coaching

Systemic and solution- oriented coaching helps you successfully accomplish your tasks and challenges for expanding your realm of action. Reflection is your personal goal. It may concern personal or professional contents and is thematically and chronologically clearly time limited. We work in a uniquely designed process, defined by yourself, activate your personal and professional resources to find your own solutions. Because there is no better coaching target than the one you want to achieve yourself.

Counseling

During the consultation I consciously apply my experience and expertise in the fields of education, schools, international experience and my intercultural competence. It is important for me to share my specific expertise, which you as an expert in your particular situation, can then apply if you find it valuable and useful. Together we search for new perspectives, making it possible to find answers to open questions and then confidently take further steps.

Training

Training is a good addition to coaching and consulting, where various specific themes - be it through theoretical input, interactive exercises, case studies, moderated discussions – are developed and new perspectives and practices can be found and implemented.
