Individual Coaching

Coaching is thematically and chronologically limited and should facilitate and promote action and decision making in challenging work- and life situations.

Other types of coaching

Telephone Coaching: Your concerns and questions can be dealt with telephonically
Running Coaching: If you like to be active while you are thinking about things, I will be happy to coach you during a jogging session.

Groups

Participants from different institutions meet in a time-limited frame to reflect on questions concerning everyday work and to promote their learning with the help of the group. It is available for project-, specialist-, training- and learning groups.

Team

The collaboration between several people is improved. The assignment, the environment, the history, the relationship dynamics and susceptibility to interference is investigated - but also the potential, the personalities and the understanding of the roles of team members. The team consists of a group of 3-12 members who work within the same organization. All are subject to the same overall objectives and the same defined limits.

Organization

Change and development processes in organizations are initiated and supported methodically. The capabilities of all, including that of the organization, can be utilized as a whole.
